Four things that matter on the floor

No training

Room, item, confirm. Housekeepers never see a price and never type a number — pricing comes from your catalogue, not from the device. Restocking an empty room is a separate action that cannot become a charge.

Works offline

Basements, stairwells, thick-walled buildings. Entries queue on the phone and post when the connection returns, each carrying a key that makes one consumption exactly one charge — never two, never zero.

No guest data stored

There is no column for a guest name, email or document anywhere in our database. Our Apaleo app is configured to omit personal data, so it never reaches us. Data is hosted in Frankfurt.

Nothing disappears

When occupancy is unclear or a charge cannot be matched, the entry is not discarded. It becomes a reviewable conflict, with the original reason preserved and three ways to resolve it.
